Scope: Chirnside Park Tavern, a twin level base build development to service a new Sporting Globe franchise. With the core structural elements comprising of a suspended slab on ground, pre-cast panels and structural steel. The shell of the building to be wrapped up via metal stud framing, exotec cfc cladding, aluminium doors and windows, followed by a metal cliplock roofing system and plant deck. All required services constructed to cater for both a class 6 & 9b respective functional use areas.
