Scope: Waterman Richmond is a 1000sqm tenancy located on Level 1 in 678 Victoria St, Richmond. The overall design of the space was modern and bright, bringing in powerful colours throughout. In reception there's 2 meeting rooms and a large boardroom. Past the turnstiles, the tenancy now consists of over 30 suites, along with a large co-working space, terazzo kitchen, quiet working booths and breakout spaces. The overall project was achieved within both timelines and budget.
